The Agreement disincorporates a 20,000-square-meter federal property named "Colonia del Bosque" in Centla, Tabasco, from the public domain regime and authorizes its gratuitous transfer to the National Institute of Sustainable Land for the construction of 60 housing units for families relocated due to climate impact. The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets is responsible for executing the operation, while the National Institute of Sustainable Land must cover all associated taxes and expenses and commit to subdividing the property. If the National Institute of Sustainable Land fails to execute the contract within one year or uses the property for a different purpose without authorization, the property reverts to the Federation.
