Agreement to disincorporate from the public domain regime and authorize contribution to CFE Distribución of the Santa Clara Connections Warehouse
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets authorizes the disincorporation of a 728.12 square meter federal property, the Santa Clara Connections Warehouse, from the Federation's public domain and its contribution to the assets of CFE Distribución. The agreement mandates that CFE Distribución cover all associated taxes and expenses, requires the formalization of the contribution contract within one year, and stipulates that the property will revert to the Federation if CFE Distribución ceases its authorized use or changes its purpose without prior authorization.
