Agreement to disincorporate the federal public domain regime and authorize the contribution to CFE Distribución of the Superintendencia Nororiente federal property
The Agreement of the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets disincorporates a 2,884.86 square meter federal property known as Superintendencia Nororiente from the federal public domain and authorizes its contribution to the patrimony of CFE Distribución. CFE Distribución must cover all associated taxes and expenses, and the property will revert to the Federation if it ceases to be used for its authorized purpose. The agreement becomes effective the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
