Agreement to disincorporate the Subestación Vito federal property from the Federation's public domain and authorize its contribution to the assets of CFE Distribución
The Agreement removes the Subestación Vito property, a 6,696.95 square meter federal building in Hidalgo, from the Federation's public domain and transfers it to the assets of CFE Distribución. CFE Distribución must cover all associated taxes and expenses, and the property reverts to the Federation if unused or used differently without authorization. The agreement becomes effective the day after publication and is void if the transfer contract is not signed within one year due to CFE Distribución's fault.
