NOTIFICATION
S.R.O. 614 (I)/2020.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 507 of the Companies Act, 2017 (XIX of 2017), the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan is pleased to make the following alteration in the Third schedule to the Companies Act, 2017, namely:-
In the aforesaid Schedule, in Serial No. 1, in clause (b), after sub-clause (iii),
(i) the full stop shall be replaced with a semi colon , and
(ii) after the semi-colon the word “or” and following new clause (iva) shall be inserted, namely:-

(iva) all companies engaged in production and sale of sugar”
