Amendatory Circular 12/23 to the Single Circular for Insurance and Surety Companies (Annex 13.3.1.)
This amendatory circular modifies Annex 13.3.1 of the Single Circular for Insurance and Surety Companies to designate the period from December 20, 2023, to January 4, 2024, as non-business days due to staff vacations, with work resuming on January 5, 2024. Applicable regulatory deadlines do not run during this period, except for procurement procedures involving acquisitions, leases, and services. The measure enters into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
