Amendatory Circular 14/23 to the Unique Circular for Insurance and Surety
Amendatory Circular 14/23 modifies Annexes 34.1.21-b and 34.4.3 of the Unique Circular for Insurance and Surety to update information regarding foreign reinsurers. Annex 34.1.21-b records inscriptions, name or location changes, and legal status changes for specific foreign insurance and reinsurance entities occurring between January 1 and November 30, 2023, including registry numbers such as RGRE-1285-23-C0000 for The People's Insurance Company of China (Hong Kong), Limited. Annex 34.4.3 lists 18 representative offices of foreign reinsurers in operation, such as Hannover Rück SE and Lloyd's, along with their corresponding foreign reinsurer registry numbers. The modification enters into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 27, 2023.
