Amendatory Circular 15/22 to the Single Circular for Insurance and Bonding
This amendatory circular modifies Annexes 34.1.21-b and 34.4.3 of the Single Circular for Insurance and Bonding, updating the General Registry of Foreign Reinsurers and the list of authorized representative offices. Annex 34.1.21-b records registrations, cancellations, name changes, and legal status changes for foreign insurance and reinsurance entities occurring between September 1 and December 15, 2022, including specific registry numbers for entities such as CHAUCER INSURANCE COMPANY and AXA, S.A. Annex 34.4.3 lists 17 foreign reinsurer representative offices in operation as of December 15, 2022, such as HANNOVER RÜCK SE and GENERAL REINSURANCE AG. The modification enters into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
