Amendatory Circular 9/23 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular
The Eighty-Fifth Transitory Provision of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular is modified to extend the suspension of the obligation to renew authorizations for Individual Agents and Attorneys-in-Fact of Legal Entity Agents until September 30, 2024. Authorizations that should have been renewed since March 27, 2020, remain valid during this period, and the circular enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation. Agents must hold civil liability insurance for errors and omissions, and failure to meet this requirement will result in the rejection of applications.
