Amendatory Resolution of the Resolution that modifies the General Provisions applicable to the activities of savings and loan cooperative societies, published on January 23, 2018
This amendatory resolution reforms the Second Transitory Article of the Resolution published on January 23, 2018, regarding general provisions for savings and loan cooperative societies. It extends the entry into force date for Financial Information Standards B-17, C-3, C-9, C-16, C-19, C-20, D-1, D-2, and D-5 issued by the Mexican Council for Financial Information Standards to January 1, 2025. This change applies to savings and loan cooperative societies with operation levels I to IV to allow adaptation of accounting information systems. The resolution enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
