Amended Instructions for Actuary Licensing and Regulation of His Work No. 2 of 2020 Published on Page 2068 of Official Gazette Issue No. 5634 dated 16/4/2020
Article 1 These instructions shall be called (Amended Instructions for Actuary Licensing and Regulation of His Work for the year 2020) and shall be read with Instructions No. (3) of 2003 and its amendments, hereinafter referred to as the original instructions and any amendments thereto as one set of instructions, and shall be effective from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 2 Article (4) of the original instructions shall be amended by repealing paragraph (d) thereof.
