Amended Instructions for Actuary Licensing and Regulation of His Work No. 2 of 2020
The Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply issued the Amended Instructions for Actuary Licensing and Regulation of His Work No. 2 of 2020, effective from their publication in the Official Gazette on April 16, 2020. This regulation amends the original Instructions No. 3 of 2003 by repealing paragraph (d) of Article 4. The amended instructions are to be read together with the original instructions and any prior amendments as a single set of regulations.

Article 1 These instructions shall be called (Amended Instructions for Actuary Licensing and Regulation of His Work for the year 2020) and shall be read with Instructions No. (3) of 2003 and its amendments, hereinafter referred to as the original instructions and any amendments thereto as one set of instructions, and shall be effective from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 2 Article (4) of the original instructions shall be amended by repealing paragraph (d) thereof.
