Amending Circular 10/21 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular
This circular updates Annex 35.1.9 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular to reflect the list of authorized Reinsurance Intermediaries as of June 30, 2021. The document establishes the effective date of the modification as the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation. It applies to Reinsurance Intermediaries authorized to intermediate reinsurance or surety operations with Institutions and Mutual Societies.
