Amending Circular 10/24 of the Single Circular on Insurance and Sureties
This circular updates Annex 35.1.9 of the Single Circular on Insurance and Sureties to reflect the list of authorized Reinsurance Intermediaries as of December 15, 2024. The update includes the addition of several entities, such as CLIMB Re, Dock Re, EAGLE Re, EM Re, ENERGONRE, Global, Grupo Internacional de Reaseguro, Heath Lambert México, Ícaro RB, Lockton México, Merit Re, Mexbrit México, MRS Intermediario de Reaseguro, MSC RE, NRGI Re, ORION, Plus Re, Portemar, Praam, RE21, Reasinter, Reinsurance Consulting, Sema, Sky Re, Som.us, Star Reinsurance Brokers, Summa, Summit Reinsurance Brokers, Tbs, THB México, and Willis México. The amendment entered into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 27, 2024.
