Amending Circular 15/17 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular (Chapter 20.2 and Provision 20.2.7)

It adds Provision 20.2.7, which establishes objective criteria for 'changes in the family composition and characteristics of a pensioner,' including the birth or adoption of a child, specific educational enrollment ages, the appearance of a dependent ascendant, and the pensioner's marriage under strict timing conditions. These criteria determine when supplementary resources must be transferred from the Special Pension Fund to cover insurance costs. The circular entered into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette on December 27, 2017.
