Amending Circular 15/18 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular
The National Commission of Insurance and Sureties amends Annexes 34.1.21-b, 34.2.2-b, and 34.4.3 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular to update the General Registry of Foreign Reinsurers, authorized authorized subscribers, and authorized representative offices. The amendments incorporate new registrations, cancellations, and name or location changes for foreign entities, as well as the incorporation of specific authorized subscribers with defined liability limits and coverage scopes. The circular enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Journal of the Federation.
