Amending Circular 15/20 of the Single Circular on Insurance and Sureties
The National Commission of Insurance and Sureties amends Annex 34.4.3 of the Single Circular on Insurance and Sureties to update the list of authorized representative offices of foreign reinsurers operating in Mexico. The updated annex covers the period from July 1, 2019, to December 15, 2020, and lists 19 specific foreign reinsurers along with their registration numbers. This modification is based on Article 108 of the Law of Insurance and Sureties Institutions and entered into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 28, 2020.
