Amending Circular 16/17 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular
This circular amends the title of Title 13 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular to reflect its new designation regarding the opening, relocation, and closure of offices by insurance institutions, mutual insurance societies, and the Commission. It also modifies Annex 13.2.1 to specify the dates in 2018 when these entities are authorized to close their doors and suspend operations. These dates are designated as non-working days for the operations these institutions are authorized to conduct. The circular enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
