Amending Circular 16/22 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular
The National Commission of Insurance and Sureties modifies Annex 35.1.9 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular to update the list of authorized Reinsurance Intermediaries. The annex lists 34 entities, including Willis Mexico, Aon Mexico, and Guy Carpenter Mexico, as of December 15, 2022. One entity, Sky Re, is noted as being in the process of obtaining a certification letter to begin operations. The circular entered into force the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the Federation on December 27, 2022.
