Amending Circular 18/18 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular
This circular amends Annex 13.2.1 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular to establish the specific dates in 2019 on which insurance institutions, mutual insurance societies, and surety institutions are authorized to close their doors and suspend operations. The designated non-working days are January 1, February 4, March 18, April 18, April 19, May 1, September 16, November 18, and December 25. This modification enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
