Amending Circular 18/19 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular
The National Insurance and Sureties Commission modifies Annex 13.2.1 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular to establish the specific dates in 2020 that are considered non-working days for insurance institutions and mutual insurance companies. These designated dates allow such entities to close their doors and suspend operations, rendering them invalid for the purposes of operations authorized under their respective permits. The amendment enters into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
