Amending Circular 19/16 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular
This circular modifies Annex 8.6.3 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular to update the list of private equity funds and trusts authorized to be considered for the Investment Base of insurance and surety institutions. The annex lists specific funds, such as ZN Mexico II and Gaia Capital, along with their authorization dates. The modification entered into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette on October 28, 2016.
