Amending Circular 19/17 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular
This circular modifies Annex 34.1.21-a of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular to publish the list of foreign insurance and reinsurance entities that have renewed their registration in the General Register of Foreign Reinsurers for the 2018 fiscal year. This enables Mexican insurance and surety institutions to enter into reinsurance or surety contracts with these listed foreign entities. The modifications take effect on January 1, 2018.
