Amending Circular 2/20 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular
The National Commission of Insurance and Sureties (CNSF) amends Annex 20.2.4 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular to update banking reference numbers for contributions to the Special Pension Fund via BBVA, S.A. The amendment reflects a new bank account assigned by Nacional Financiera S.N.C., I.B.D. to improve the identification of deposits. Specific CIE reference numbers are updated for insurance institutions participating in fiduciary trusts 9762 and 80588 under both the Social Security Law and the State Workers' Social Security and Services Institute Law. This circular enters into force on April 1, 2020, applying to pension fund contributions for March 2020 and subsequent months.
