Amending Circular 2/26 of the Single Circular on Insurance and Sureties
The National Commission of Insurance and Sureties extends the validity of authorizations for Individual Agents, Authorized Representatives of Legal Entity Agents, Mandated Agents, and Adjusters that were due for renewal starting January 15, 2026, until April 30, 2026. This extension applies to all authorizations that should have been renewed during the specified period, ensuring continuity following an information security incident. The circular enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
