Amending Circular 23/16 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular
This circular modifies Annex 13.2.1 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular to establish the specific dates in 2017 on which insurance institutions, mutual insurance societies, and surety institutions are authorized to close their doors and suspend operations. The designated non-working days are February 6, March 20, April 13, April 14, May 1, May 5, November 20, and December 25. The circular entered into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 1, 2016.
