The National Insurance and Sureties Commission updates the paid claim indices and annual administrative expense indices in Annex 5.15.3 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular. These updated indices are mandatory for surety institutions that lack sufficient internal data to calculate the reserve for sureties in force, requiring them to use the specified market indices for fidelity, judicial, administrative, and credit lines. The amendment enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
