Amending Circular 6/24 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular
The National Commission of Insurance and Sureties amends Annex 35.1.9 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular to update the list of authorized Reinsurance Intermediaries as of June 30, 2024. The document publishes the names of 36 specific entities authorized to intermediate reinsurance or surety operations with Institutions and Mutual Societies. This modification takes effect the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
