Amending Circular 9/21 of the Single Circular on Insurance and Sureties
The National Commission of Insurance and Sureties amends Annexes 34.1.21-b and 34.4.3 of the Single Circular on Insurance and Sureties to update the General Register of Foreign Reinsurers and the list of authorized representation offices. The amendments record the registration of four new reinsurers, the cancellation of two reinsurers, and note changes in denomination, location, and legal status for existing entities during the period from January 1 to June 30, 2021. This circular entered into force the day after its publication in the Official Journal of the Federation on July 15, 2021.
