Amending Circular 9/24 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular
The National Insurance and Sureties Commission amends Annexes 34.1.21-b and 34.4.3 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular to update the General Register of Foreign Reinsurers and the list of authorized foreign reinsurance representation offices. The updates record the registration of ten new foreign reinsurers, the cancellation of two entities, a corporate merger, and the closure of one representation office as of December 15, 2024. This circular entered into force the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the Federation on December 27, 2024.
