Amending Resolution of the Resolution that modifies the General Provisions applicable to investment funds and persons providing services to them, published on January 4, 2018
The National Banking and Securities Commission extends the effective date of nine specific Financial Information Standards (B-17, C-3, C-9, C-16, C-19, C-20, D-1, D-2, and D-5) to January 1, 2022, for investment funds, fund operating companies, and fund share distribution companies. This adjustment accounts for reduced operational capacity and human resources resulting from health measures adopted during the COVID-19 pandemic. The resolution itself enters into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
