Amending Resolution on General Provisions for Popular Savings and Credit Entities, Integration Organizations, Community Financial Societies and Rural Financial Integration Organizations under the Popular Savings and Credit Law (Jan 23, 2018)
This resolution reforms the Second Transitory Article of the Resolution published on January 23, 2018, regarding General Provisions applicable to popular savings and credit entities, integration organizations, community financial societies, and rural financial integration organizations. It establishes that Financial Information Standards B-17, C-3, C-9, C-16, C-19, C-20, D-1, D-2, and D-5, issued by the Mexican Council for Financial Information Standards, will enter into force on January 1, 2024. The resolution enters into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
