Amending Resolution to the Resolution Modifying General Prudential, Accounting, and Information Requirements for the National Financial Development Entity for Agriculture, Rural, Forest, and Fisheries Development
The National Banking and Securities Commission extends the effective date for the implementation of nine specific Financial Information Standards (B-17, C-3, C-9, C-16, C-19, C-20, D-1, D-2, and D-5) for the National Financial Development Entity for Agriculture, Rural, Forest, and Fisheries Development to January 1, 2022. This adjustment is granted due to reduced operational capacity and human resources resulting from health measures adopted during the COVID-19 pandemic. The resolution enters into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation on November 9, 2020.
