Amendment of Circular CSSF 18/703 on Semi-Annual Reporting of Borrower-Related Residential Real Estate Indicators
Circular CSSF 20/737 modifies Circular CSSF 18/703 by removing the data collection template from its annex and making it available exclusively on the CSSF website. Lenders in residential real estate must use the updated template hosted on the website for semi-annual reporting of borrower-related indicators. Future template changes that do not affect indicator definitions will be published on the website with direct notification to reporting institutions.
