Amendment on Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR)

The Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) has issued amendments, corrections, and clarifications to its Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) rules for all banks. These revisions follow a review of SAMA's LCR rules by the Basel Regulatory Consistency Assessment Program (RCAP) Team and are detailed in attached guidance and a previous circular. All banks are required to implement these changes immediately, effective from the date of this circular.
