The regulation deletes previous provisions regarding specific administrative formats and updates the submission methods to include digital media or electronic systems, with deadlines extending to the next working day if they fall on holidays. These changes apply to securities companies acting as Investment Managers, associations representing Investment Manager Representatives, specialized capital market education institutions, and the Investment Manager Representatives themselves, effective from the date of issuance on October 6, 2022.
