On amendment to Paragraph 37 of the Regulation on the Procedure for Sale of Specific Objects Held on the Balance Sheets of Commercial Banks

[Registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on January 12, 2016, under number 2589-1]

This resolution was removed from the state registry based on the Order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 2-mh dated January 7, 2020 "On Removing Departmental Normative Legal Documents from the State Registry" (registration number 2589-4, 07.01.2020).

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and the Law No. URQ-391 dated August 20, 2015 "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan Aimed at Further Strengthening the Trust Protection of Private Property and Business Entities and Eliminating Obstacles to Their Rapid Development," the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economy, and the State Committee for Privatization, Deregulation and Development of Competition of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolve:

1. The fifth paragraph of Paragraph 37 of the Regulation on the Procedure for Sale of Specific Objects Held on the Balance Sheets of Commercial Banks, approved by the Resolution No. 332-V, 40, 69 and 01/22-26/75-26 dated May 13, 2014 of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economy, and the State Committee for Privatization, Deregulation and Development of Competition of the Republic of Uzbekistan (registration number 2589, May 28, 2014) (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2014, No. 22, Article 263), shall be worded as follows:

"in two copies, inside an envelope, with proposals regarding the purchase amount and payment deadlines. In this regard, all pages of the submitted documents must be certified by the applicant's signature and seal (if the seal is available).".

2. This resolution enters into force from the date of its official publication.
