Amendment to Paragraph 37 of the Regulation on the Procedure for Sale of Specific Objects Held on the Balance Sheets of Commercial Banks
The joint resolution amends the fifth paragraph of Paragraph 37 of the Regulation on the Procedure for Sale of Specific Objects Held on the Balance Sheets of Commercial Banks. The amendment requires that all pages of submitted documents be certified by the applicant's signature and seal (if available). This regulation was officially published on January 18, 2016, and entered into force on that date, but was subsequently removed from the state registry on January 7, 2020.
