Amendment to Proper Conduct of Banking Business Directive no. 351
The Proper Conduct of Banking Business Directive no. 351 is amended to add police and other supervisory and enforcement authorities as examples of another authority in Section 4, Substantial incidents, subsection (5). These changes apply to banking corporations and credit card companies and take effect on the circular's publication date.
