On amendment to the Regulation on the procedure for commercial banks issuing preferential loans to young families

This resolution was repealed in accordance with the resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 13 December 2019 No. 30/12 “On recognizing certain regulatory legal acts adopted by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan as repealed” (reg. No. 3208 dated 30.12.2019).

Pursuant to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan” and the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 21 May 2019 No. UP‑5723 “On improving the procedure for determining the size of wages, pensions and other payments”, the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:

1. To amend the Regulation on the procedure for commercial banks issuing preferential loans to young families, approved by the resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 9 June 2007 No. 17/2 (reg. No. 1697 dated 18 July 2007) (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2007, No. 29‑30, art. 308), in accordance with the appendix.
2. This resolution enters into force on 1 September 2019.

Amendments to the Regulation on the procedure for commercial banks issuing preferential loans to young families

1. In paragraph four of clause 1, replace the words “minimum wage” with the words “basic calculation figure”.
2. In paragraphs two and three of clause 12, replace the words “minimum wage” with the words “basic calculation figure”.
