Amendments and Additions to the Guidance on Applying the List of Retention Periods for Documents Arising in Commercial Bank Activities
The Central Bank of Uzbekistan issued a resolution amending the guidance on applying the list of retention periods for documents arising in commercial bank activities. The document specifies that this resolution, along with the underlying guidance, is removed from the State Registry of Departmental Regulatory Legal Acts effective August 10, 2021, pursuant to a May 6, 2021 order by the Minister of Justice of Uzbekistan.
