On Amendments and Additions to the Regulation on the Procedure for Financing and Lending for Housing Construction and Reconstruction for the Broad Population, Including Young Families

Registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on June 21, 2012, Registration No. 1727-1

(Enters into force on July 1, 2012)

In accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Information Bulletin of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1995, No. 12, Article 247) and "On Banks and Banking Activity" (Information Bulletin of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1996, No. 5-6, Article 54), the Board of Directors of the Central Bank decides:

Amendments and additions to the Annex of the Regulation on the Procedure for Financing and Lending for Housing Construction and Reconstruction for the Broad Population, Including Young Families, approved by Decision No. 24/6 of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 15, 2007 (Registration No. 1727, October 12, 2007) (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2007, No. 41-42, Article 425), shall be made in accordance with the Annex.
This decision shall enter into force ten days after the day of its state registration by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

ANNEX

to Decision No. 17/3 of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 9, 2012

Amendments and Additions Being Made to the Regulation on the Procedure for Financing and Lending for Housing Construction and Reconstruction for the Broad Population, Including Young Families

Paragraph 2 shall be supplemented with the words "or secondary" after the word "main".
Paragraph 6 shall be supplemented with the words "(Collection of Resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1999, No. 12, Article 70)" after the words "Decision No. 532".
The words "(July 18, 2007, Registration No. 1697, Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2007,)" in the second line of Paragraph 29 shall be replaced with the words "(Registration No. 1697, July 18, 2007) (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2007)".
Chapter VI of the following content shall be added:

"Chapter VI. Final Provisions

Persons guilty of violating the requirements of this Regulation shall be held liable in the manner established by legislative acts."
