Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan

On Amendments and Additions to the Regulation on the Procedure for Issuing Permits for Physical Persons-Residents to Export Cash Foreign Currency Outside the Territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan

This resolution has lost its force based on the Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 30/12 dated December 13, 2019, "On Recognizing Certain Normative Legal Documents Adopted by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan as Having Lost Their Force" [resolution](/docs/4675340?ONDATE=30.12.2019 00#4676410) (registration number 3208, dated 30.12.2019).

In accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan", "On Banks and Banking Activity", and "On Currency Regulation", as well as the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-5177 dated September 2, 2017 "On Priority Measures for Liberalizing Currency Policy" Decree, the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:

1. Amendments and additions shall be made to the Appendix of the [Regulation](/docs/2660469?ONDATE=08.06.2015 00#2660875) on the Procedure for Issuing Permits for Physical Persons-Residents to Export Cash Foreign Currency Outside the Territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, approved by Resolution No. 12/6 of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 16, 2015 (registration number 2678, June 3, 2015) (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2015, No. 22, Article 296).

2. This resolution enters into force from the date of its official publication.

Appendix

to Resolution No. 33/3 of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 2, 2017 resolution

Amendments and Additions to be Made to the Regulation on the Procedure for Issuing Permits for Physical Persons-Residents to Export Cash Foreign Currency Outside the Territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. The words "Presidential Decree No. PF-1979 dated March 20, 1998 'On Measures for Regulating the Bringing In and Taking Out of Cash Foreign Currency by Physical Persons,"" shall be deleted from the [Preamble](/docs/2660469?ONDATE=08.06.2015 00#2660893).

2. In sub-item "a" of paragraph 3, the word "Appendix" shall be replaced with the word "Appendix 1".

3. The first sentence of paragraph 7 shall be stated in the following wording:

"7. If the submitted documents comply with the requirements of this Regulation, the Central Bank shall issue a permit in the form No. 09006-1 specified in Appendix 2 of this Regulation."

3. The [Appendix](/docs/2660469?ONDATE=08.06.2015 00#2661048) shall be stated in accordance with Appendix 1 of these amendments and additions.

4. Appendix 2 shall be supplemented in accordance with Appendix 2 of these amendments and additions.
