312 On Amendments and Additions to the Rules on Maintaining Archives in Banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan

In accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Information Bulletin of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1995, No. 12, Article 247) and "On Archival Affairs" (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2010, No. 24-25, Article 192), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:

Amendments and additions shall be made to the Annex to Decision No. 147 of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 21, 1999 "On the Rules for Maintaining Archives in Banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Registration No. 841, November 25, 1999), in accordance with the attached document.
This decision enters into force ten days after the date of its state registration by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

to the Decision of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 27/1 dated August 14, 2010

Amendments and Additions to the Rules on Maintaining Archives in Banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan

In the Preamble, the words "On Archives" shall be replaced with the words "On Archival Affairs".

Point 4.35 shall be supplemented with a second paragraph in the following wording:
"Access to archival documents for users is ensured by providing the scientific-reference apparatus, as well as the relevant archival documents or their copies."
In point 6.2, the word "Uzbozarkhiv" shall be replaced with the words "'Uzarxiv' Agency".
These amendments and additions are coordinated with the "Uzarxiv" Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
