The Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia amends the Procedure for Maintaining a Centralized Registry of Bank Accounts by replacing the abbreviation "RA" with "Republic of Armenia" and rewriting points 5, 8, and 12. Point 8 now requires reporting within three business days for gift card, lump-sum payment, and social security accounts, and specifies that account status changes apply to natural persons. A two-stage verification process is introduced for reports submitted via the Web-service, allowing one business day to correct rejected reports without penalty. The resolution also updates the "Provision of information and/or reports" form, replacing terms like "transaction" with "reporting" and "transaction party" with "account holder or depositor," while adding fields for country of incorporation and specific instructions for notary offices and individual entrepreneurs. The resolution enters into force on the tenth day following publication, except for specific provisions which take effect on the sixtieth day.
