Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan

On Amendments to the Technical Requirements for the Establishment of Cash Networks in Buildings of Banks and Their Branches

[Registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on December 30, 2025, registration number 2816-3]

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 562 dated September 11, 2024 "On Measures to Eliminate Corrupt Factors in Legislative Documents and Conduct Anti-Corruption Expertise of Normative-Legal Documents", the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:

1. Amendments shall be made to the Appendix to the [Technical Requirements](/docs/-3010332?ONDATE=02.11.2016 00#-3010370) for the establishment of cash networks in buildings of banks and their branches, approved by the Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 18/2 dated June 25, 2016 (registration number 2816, July 26, 2016) (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2016, No. 30, Article 366).

2. This resolution enters into force from the date of its official publication.

APPENDIX

to the Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 26, 2025 No. 35/10

Amendments being made to the Technical Requirements for the Establishment of Cash Networks in Buildings of Banks and Their Branches

1. [Article 3](/docs/-3010332?ONDATE=02.11.2016 00#-3010409) shall be stated in the following wording:

"3. The composition of the cash network, including the placement of currency exchange branches and retail operation cash rooms, taking into account the handling of cash and other valuables (counting, sorting, wrapping and binding, and performing cash operations) and ensuring their safe storage, is determined by the Head Bank."

2. [Article 451](/docs/-3010332?ONDATE=25.04.2023 00#-6442037) shall be stated in the following wording:

"451. When accepting cash and valuables of bank subdivisions (branches, bank service offices, bank service centers) for storage by the incasso service and the State Unitary Enterprise 'Republic Special Communications Network', their cash vaults must comply with the requirements imposed on the cash vaults of banks specified in these technical requirements."
