Commission of Pakistan is pleased to make the following amendments to the Group Companies Registration Regulations, 2008, the same having been previously published vide notification S.R.O. 590 (I)/2019 dated May 24, 2019, as per requirement of proviso to said sub-section (1) of said section 512, namely:- In the aforesaid Regulations, in regulation 3, in clause (v), for the words “two hundred” the words “ fifty” shall be substituted.
