The Central Bank of Uzbekistan amends Paragraph 327 of the Guidelines on Organizing Cash Operations, Collection, and Transportation of Valuables in Commercial Banks. The amendment restricts the opening of off-premises operational cash offices to the specific territory where a bank branch is located and prohibits their establishment in areas without a branch. It limits the services of these off-premises offices to accepting cash or card payments for utilities, taxes, insurance, and deposits, as well as dispensing cash upon demand, and mandates daily cash collection via collection services to the organizing bank's cash office within the same district or city.
