Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan

On Amendments to the Regulation on the Procedure for Providing Revolving Credits by Commercial Banks for the Purchase of Cotton Lint by Textile Enterprises and for Replenishing Working Capital by Wholesale Trade Enterprises

This resolution has lost its force based on the Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 13, 2019, No. 30/12 "On Recognizing Certain Normative Legal Documents Adopted by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan as Lost in Force" [resolution] (registration number 3208, dated 30.12.2019).

In accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and "On Banks and Banking Activity", the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:

1. Amendments shall be made to the [Regulation](/docs/1244162?ONDATE=04.09.2007 00#1244196) Appendix approved by the Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 14, 2007, No. 19/1 (registration number 1704, August 25, 2007) (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2007, Nos. 35-36, Article 356) on the Procedure for Providing Revolving Credits by Commercial Banks for the Purchase of Cotton Lint by Textile Enterprises and for Replenishing Working Capital by Wholesale Trade Enterprises.

2. This resolution enters into force from the date of its official publication.

APPENDIX

Amendments being made to the Regulation on the Procedure for Providing Revolving Credits by Commercial Banks for the Purchase of Cotton Lint by Textile Enterprises and for Replenishing Working Capital by Wholesale Trade Enterprises

1. The third sub-paragraph of paragraph 8 [third sub-paragraph](/docs/1244162?ONDATE=04.09.2007 00#1244222) shall be stated in the following wording:

"the accounting balance sheet (Form No. 1) submitted by the borrower to the relevant state tax inspection for the last reporting period, as well as comparison statements regarding debts with a term exceeding 90 days, report on financial results (Form No. 2);".

2. In [paragraph 13](/docs/1244162?ONDATE=04.09.2007 00#1244229):

in the [first sub-paragraph](/docs/1244162?ONDATE=04.09.2007 00#1244229), the word "ten" shall be replaced with the word "three";

the [second sub-paragraph](/docs/1244162?ONDATE=04.09.2007 00#1244230) shall be stated in the following wording:

"If the bank's credit committee makes a decision to refuse credit provision, the bank sends a written opinion indicating the reasons for the refusal of credit provision to the borrower without delay from the next banking day after the date the decision was made.".
