411 On Amendments to the Regulation on the Requirements of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the Annual Financial Statements of Commercial Banks Published

In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Vedomosti Oliy Majlisi Respubliki Uzbekistan, 1995, No. 12, Art. 247), "On Banks and Banking Activity" (Vedomosti Oliy Majlisi Respubliki Uzbekistan, 1996, No. 5-6, Art. 54), and "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Connection with the Improvement of Appraisal Activity" (Sobranie Zakonodatelstva Respubliki Uzbekistan, 2010, No. 37, Art. 315), the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:

1. Make amendments to the Regulation on the Requirements of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the Annual Financial Statements of Commercial Banks Published, approved by the Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 2, 2004, No. 21/1 (reg. No. 1419 of October 25, 2004), according to the Appendix.

2. This resolution enters into force upon the expiration of ten days from the day of its state registration with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

APPENDIX
to the Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 23, 2010 No. 34/14

Amendments to the Regulation on the Requirements of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the Annual Financial Statements of Commercial Banks Published

1. In the third paragraph of item 35 of Appendix No. 5, replace the words "whether an independent appraiser was involved" with the words "whether an appraisal organization was involved."

2. In the eighth paragraph of item 47 of Appendix No. 5, replace the words "by an independent appraiser" and "of an independent appraiser" with the words "by an appraisal organization" and "of an appraisal organization," respectively.
