On Amendments to the Regulation on the Procedure for Submission of Financial Reports and Electronic Data by Microcredit Organizations and Pawnshops to the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan

This decision loses its force on April 14, 2023, based on Decision No. 28/3 of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 6, 2022, "On Recognizing Certain Departmental Normative Legal Documents Adopted by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan as Invalid" [decision](/docs/6350106?ONDATE=14.04.2023 00#6350898) (registration number 3411, dated January 11, 2023).

In accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and "On Microcredit Organizations" and Decision No. PQ-4160 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 5, 2019 "On Additional Measures to Improve the Rating of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the World Bank and International Finance Corporation's 'Doing Business' Annual Report" decision, the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides:

1. Amendments shall be made to the [Regulation](/docs/3610699?ONDATE=06.07.2018 00#3644751) on the Procedure for Submission of Financial Reports and Electronic Data by Microcredit Organizations and Pawnshops to the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, approved by Decision No. 9/6 of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 17, 2018 (registration number 2994, dated April 5, 2018) (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2018, No. 14, Article 294), and to the Appendix thereto.

2. This decision enters into force from the date of its official publication.

Amendments to the Regulation on the Procedure for Submission of Financial Reports and Electronic Data by Microcredit Organizations and Pawnshops to the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. The words "certified by the organization's seal" shall be deleted from [paragraph 6](/docs/3610699?ONDATE=06.07.2018 00#3644794).

2. The word "seal" shall be deleted from [appendices 2 through 5](/docs/3610699?ONDATE=06.07.2018 00#3644837).
